Our Initial Teacher Training programme offers expert-led, school-based training across Cumbria, giving you the experience, knowledge and support you need to start your teaching career with confidence.
Through the programme, you will:
- Qualify as a primary or secondary teacher in just 11 months
- Achieve Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) alongside a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
- Gain valuable, hands-on classroom experience in schools
- Learn from experienced teachers and education professionals
- Develop the skills and confidence needed to make a real difference to young people
